Sam's Wings Subs Pizza - Yorktown

As members of the military, it took us several years to discover this place, but I'm so glad we finally did! Being from Louisiana, I can be quite particular about my food. This restaurant offers fresh, clean meals, and some ingredients even come from their own garden during the growing season! The owner is a friendly guy, and the food is excellent. My favorite dish is the gyros, while my partner prefers the pizza. I'm looking forward to trying the wings next!

The owner was very friendly, which was nice, but we only received one small serving of fries for two different meals. The meatballs and hamburger patties were quite dry. Overall, it was just okay.

The food and pizza are decent. While they're not outstanding, they're also not bad. It's a lovely alternative to chain pizza every once in a while.

It's a good pizza for the price! And also super service! The owner said the pizza was burned so they had to repeat it! He offered us free soda we rejected, then we tried to pay for the pizza, and he just said sadly that we were waiting. It was a good experience! Nice place!
