County Grill Smokehouse - Yorktown

Excellent! This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was impressed. We let them know we were in a hurry, which isn’t the best situation for a barbecue, but they provided outstanding and speedy service. The half chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. The pulled pork shoulder practically melted in my mouth and was a generous portion. The homemade mac and cheese was also delicious!

For my meal, I ordered Plate #1: Baby Back Band Smoked Wings with BBQ Sauce, accompanied by collard greens and double-baked potatoes. It was delicious! I also tried Plate #2, which featured Smoked Brisket and smoked wings seasoned with Honey Mustard rub, served with potato pulp and collard greens. Each dish was fantastic!

Here's always a hit! Every time I'm back in town and/or have family or friends with me, I'm going here. Great reactions from them every time. The food is always great and the staff is always beautiful.

When I arrived to pick up my order, everything was perfectly bagged and ready to go right on time. Everyone at the party raved about how delicious the food was, especially the pig, and they wanted to know where it came from so they could order it in the future. I know many guests will be asking for Sydney to cater their events going forward! We ordered plenty, and I was surprised at how little was left over. But the best part was definitely the service. I highly recommend County Grill and their fantastic staff!

Don't let the location/outside fool you. Some of the best BBQ is inside this smokehouse. They have multiple BBQ sauces for every pallet! The fries are excellent. All of it was wonderful. We wish we had saved room for dessert too! We will absolutely make this a staple when we are in the area.
