McDonald's - Yorkton

Ordered coffee and a burger. Watched the dude make my coffee and the let it sit by the window while I waited for the rest of my meal. Took long even by mcdonald's standards...

Went in a couple of days ago for a couple of mochas, they were ok, but had some grounds at the bottom of the cup and no whipped cream. We went through the drive-thru, ALWAYS check your order before driving away. So today we went in for a couple more. Well what a mistake THAT was. It was just a couple of medium mochas, how hard is that to get right, but of course, it had to be a major problem for our server. Whipped cream is an extra charge? WHAT???? Then she asks and says no it's not, well it would have explained why we didn't get it last time. Then they were overcharging us, We went back and forth until we almost left. Then someone else shows up and says, no, it comes with whipped cream, It's just coffee, it's not rocket science. Try somewhere else, unless you have the time and patience. I don't.

Recently their service is going downhill, I was picking up my coffee when I saw a woman having problems, I asked her what her problems was and she told me she ordered an Angus burger, which came to her raw. I was there yesterday for their sausage and egg McMuffin and received the wrong sandwiches, they couldn't even apologise. They just don't care, I ordered mine to go but checked them before leaving because of the woman, I saw, while ordering, got hers' without egg, I know they are busy but they treated her like she did something wrong. Like mine, they checked our receipts to make sure it wasn't OUR fault. Their treatment was just unacceptable, they offered us nothing to make up for the 15 minutes it took to correct THEIR mistake. When I complained to the manager, he couldn't care less. Maybe I don't care to give you my business. Just down the street A&W has a good breakfast sandwich, NOW.

The burgers are always the same, which is good, you don'twant to be surprised, do you. The salads are actually very good, a little pricey, but hey it's the same everywhere, except I think Wendy's has a bigger salad for the same price. The wraps are good, but they are hard to get wrong. The iced coffees, no don't waste you time on them, I've had them twice and both time they were bad, really, the only way to discribe them is dishwater with ice. I just won't subject myself to this anymore. They have good coffee, why can't they get iced coffee right. The place is nice, don't mind sitting in there to have my coffee. I like their breakfast, I just wish they served it to 11am. If your 1 minute to, it's done, who wants a burger at 10. Not me, muffins are good, but I want a egg mcmuffin, they can be a little greasy but hey, it's fast. Always a dependable place to eat.

The restaurant is inside Wal Mart what is nice. There´s a lack of training there, although staff tries to be kind and helpful. Good place to eat as usual, but managers should watch out and provide some training to the staff.
