Isn't it great to go to a restaurant feeling welcomed? every time I leave this place, I am more than satisfied with not only the customer service, but also the quality of food. they remember in the order of my order because I tend to get the same meal and...visit a lot! if they are looking for a great Burger community, this is the place for them.

This is not a review of harveys and the quality of eating. the warning is an old lady who apparently works in this restaurant. I visited this place a few days ago and ordered to eat with my son. the lady, the ones. at the cash desk, pretended she didn't understand me, and I thought her English is not good and just ended the order and then I asked her to add another tablet for us and she stared at me again and did not react or talk. I thought she didn't understand it, the word "tray" begins to spell, then she suddenly exploded by yelling at me and talking to me. I was so shocked by her unexpected rudeness and my actions and simply told her: “You are very mean”. that made her scream more and raise her voice, manipulate the conversation that told me that she will call security. I have noticed that she has personalities problems with wut problems and stop talking to her. a heart in the row told me: “Why you let her yell at you” and I told him that she has mental problems and I will follow with harveys general and they will take care of her. I called harvey's customer feedback center and told them my care about the old lady who is manager in this branch and destroy her business. the person on the line told me that they will see it and will return to me. I'm still waiting for them to call me back and see their corrective action on them.

I recently visited Harvey's restaurant on my way home from work. I decided to take advantage of their special on two burgers, so I ordered six. However, I was disappointed when I got home and saw that the burgers looked like they had been squashed flat. The only thing holding the condiments in place was the paper packaging. I have had Harvey's burgers before, and this experience was not up to par.

I had several good and several bad experiences at this place. I once had extremely exaggerated woofer rings. but my last visit was excellent. I also found the washroom at this place to be badly cleaned.

What can I say about Harveys, always great quality, hot food prepared how I want it. French fries are great as well
