I really loved what I got todayUsually I only like a couple dishes from a place but today, I tried a Hong Kong classic: egg foo yung on rice.

A pretty standard HK cafe for your HK cafe needs. Been here several times, both for lunch and afternoon tea.

We ordered a bacon egg sandwich (add ham) and a curry chicken with rice. After 25 minutes we asked the waiter to follow up on our bill because it was taking so long. He didn't do anything. The rice finally came out 10 minutes later and the sandwich another 5 after. After we ate we both felt sick. The food did not taste good at all. The rice was a big plate but overall we would not go back. Food wasn't good and service was really slow. If it takes them 40 minutes to make a sandwich we can go elsewhere!

A party of 12 went there for afternoon tea and we thoroughly enjoyed the food offerings there. What stood out was the Pork Chop with spaghetti sauce which I had, the pork chop was tender and tasty and the whole dish was prepared very correct. Portion was very good too. The other standout was the pork in bun, excellent choice for afternoon tea. The milk tea was excellent and the half-and-half (coffee and tea) was also top shelf. Restaurant is decorated with Macau scenarios and was well-lit, good ambience. Staff there can be a bit more attentive however but was polite and efficient when engaged.
