We have never eaten there before so Wednesday evening we thought we'd try it. The place is a bit small but from I seen while we were eating a lot of people got take out. The way I know that is we'd see them come in get ther food and leave. There was only one other family there. Anyhow the food wasn't to bad but the guy behind the counter has a lot to learn about being a people person. When we went up to order seemed like he had an attitude. This being our first time here we weren't sure of some of the food so we asked him and he was rude in the way he would answer. I asked him one question and he rudely pointed and said it's on the sign. The answer to my question wasn't on the sign so I asked him again and he was rude when he told me. Anyhow enough of that. We are not going back again because of this. Sure I understand people have problems but I was taught to leave them at the door. I know it's hard to do sometimes. When I worked at the motel we asked the guest to rate us good or bad.i got some pretty good ones and some bad ones. When you would get a bad one no matter how small the manager would call you in the office and let you know about it. I think restaurants should have something like this. Man this is getting long. Ok. Enough said
Love this place. Best cheese steak I've ever had. Fries, dessert all amazing.. Guys that run it top notch in service and experience.
The three of us enjoyed our various versions of cheesesteaks, and we plan on returning to the restaurant. However, none of us were impressed with the seafood dishes. It would have been better if they had offered a different sauce option.
It's unbelievable that this restaurant closes at 8 on a Saturday night! We were really looking forward to trying it out. In response to my review, they really need to work on their grammar and customer service skills. For example, they should say "We apologize that our hours were not convenient for you. We hope you can join us during our business hours and you will not be disappointed!" Positive feedback is crucial for attracting customers to their business. As entrepreneurs, they should understand that the customer is always right.
