Taco Bell - York

After waiting another 15 minutes, we finally received our food, but none of the items were labeled. Three of us had ordered two double steak grilled cheese burritos, but with slight variations—like onions for one of us, while the rest don’t like them. There were no markings to differentiate our orders. The only reason I’m not giving a one-star rating is that the food was still tasty, but the service was incredibly poor.

I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. I had to repeat my order four times, and it took quite a while for them to get it right. In the end, one of the employees even mocked me. When I went to pay, the first worker was nice, but the second one, who I believe was a manager, was rude and made disrespectful comments about my appearance. While I understand that I'm on the heavier side, no customer should ever be treated this way because of their looks. I will never return to this Taco Bell again.

My tortilla was falling apart and the meat was lukewar. Barely any cheese or lettuce. Not the best Taco Bell day. Help was pleasantFood: 3/5

The drive-thru times at this restaurant are outstanding! It really lives up to the "fast food" label. I seldom spend more than 5 minutes in line, and sometimes I even have my order in just about 2 minutes! The staff are always friendly and ready for a little chat, which is a nice touch.

The food is great and the sauce is delicious, but the taco shell could use more substance. Also, please bring back the Cool Ranch Doritos Locos Tacos!
