Taco Bell - York

Don't waste your time with mobile ordering. You'll end up sitting there for 35 minutes alongside other customers who ordered the same way. The staff seems indifferent and powerless to help. In fact, you might not even receive that much attention; after placing a mobile order, you could find yourself standing at the counter for over 15 minutes before any employee acknowledges you. They'll tell you they’re preparing your food, but 15 minutes later, you’ll hear the same excuse. Then, suddenly, your order will come out in just 30 seconds! It's absurd! And after waiting for 35 minutes, they didn’t even provide any sauce with my meal. I’d rather go to Market Street; this place is a joke. Enjoy your fast food wages!

I ordered through the app and when I arrived, no one greeted me. I waited for quite a while, then eventually asked someone about my food. They explained that they no longer put orders out because of theft. In the end, I left with cold food to take back to my office. I won't be using mobile ordering again.

This is a Taco Bell, but I have to say that the staff here is the friendliest I've ever encountered—on par with Chick-fil-A in terms of their friendliness. The food is consistently accurate and served hot. When it comes to fast food, they really excel at what they do. Highly recommend!

I am highly upset with how I was treated here. I gave cash for the food that I ordered and was supposed to have change. When I mentioned not having change, I was getting treated poorly by the workers and told to come inside. When I went inside the workers made snarky little comments about myself coming in for the change and was appalled that I wanted my change back. I was told they don’t dispense cash here. Hopefully tomorrow will be better
