Dining here is always a pleasure, but today I encountered the friendliest staff member! I didn’t catch her name, but she was working at 11:52 on Tuesday. She truly brightened my day!

In recent years, I had too many disappointing experiences at this restaurant and stopped visiting. Today, however, I decided to place an order and give them another chance to see if they had improved. I'm happy to report that everything was excellent! Both subs were delicious and made just the way I wanted. The staff was also very friendly. Keep up the great work, because as a customer, I truly appreciate it!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant thanks to James, who really went above and beyond to help me out. As a pregnant woman in my second trimester, I had a craving for some subway pickles, and he took care of it without even charging me! I'm really grateful for that; they definitely know how to treat their customers well. The only downside was the male manager, who seemed a bit too harsh on James – it felt a little unnecessary. However, I appreciate how quickly and efficiently everything was handled, and I really respect that!

There were three mandatory visitors and only one knew what they were doing. I pray that it was her first night on the job because the place was incorrigible and two of the three employees had no idea what they did.

Order online for pickup. When I came home, the bread was really hard and Spinach was confused. The whole sub tasted as if it had been frozen. Did they not have any cookies?
