Mcdonald's - York

I was genuinely impressed by how quickly I received my food at 6 AM. It was also a breath of fresh air to encounter such polite employees this morning. Their good manners really brightened my day, and for once, my experience at a McDonald's was not marred by rudeness or unpleasantness. Kudos to the staff on Tuesday, November 29. They deserve a raise!

I won’t be returning after my experience tonight. The doors were locked, so I went through the drive-thru. The woman taking my order completely misunderstood it, and when I attempted to clarify, she argued with me. The issue was that I ordered two burgers, but she insisted I ordered three. I was so taken aback by her willingness to argue that I just decided to leave. As for the positives of this location, it’s the only place in town that seems to get orders right.

This McDonald’s has really declined in quality over the past couple of months, and it wasn't in great shape to begin with. I haven't had a warm meal from them in a long time. The food often tastes like it's been reheated, and their fries are a disappointment to the McDonald’s reputation. The breakfast options are decent, which is why I’m giving them 2 stars.

We just grabbed food on 8/1. We received great service from the manager who even asked if we needed anything while we waited. He went above and beyond. Service was quick friendly!

I alway love McDonalds. Why i invest in it my parents took me there, and my will take family to. Look somewhere in all of us we like something from McDonalds. I Love McRibs and QuarterPounders.
