Longhorn Steakhouse - York

We frequent this restaurant often not only for the food but also because of the PHENOMENAL SERVICE! One of my favorite appetizers is the White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms (OMG)! And my other favorite is THE PERFECT and that it is. It?s theirSIGNATURE MARGARITA. I can?t tell you much about their steak as I don?t eat steak ???? but my husband appears to enjoy it;typically, I order the Salmon. Finally, while all the waitstaff are attentive, there is one in particular that stands out amongthe crowd, BILL! On your next visit ask to be seated in Bill?s section, you will be glad you did ???? ? tell him Karen sent you????

This evening. My husband and I decided to go out to eat at Longhorn steakhouse in York. I ordered a Flos filet medium well. When it arrived it was definitely well done but it was tender and honestly I?m not a complainer. But I did make a comment to myhusband there should be a new category called. Medium NOT Well done. . Shortly there after one of the managers Terry came by tosee how everything was. I did answer fair. She took one look at my steak and said did you order well done. .. and I actuallysaid, ?No, I ordered Medium well, but the steak was tender and I was happy to eat it.?She insisted that that the steak beredone. She took my steak and not only brought back a new steak but also an additional baked sweet potato. I feel like thisrestaurant went above and beyond. . Thank you Terry and Kelly for a great night out. My second steak was indeed PERFECT !! Can?twait to come back.

It's been a little while since coming here. They've changed something in the burger meat, it was not very good. My steak was excellent though. I wouldn't order the burger here. I will say that wait staff are really great at this location!

I had T-bone steak with steamed broccoli and loaded baked potato. The steak was good but seasoning was too robust and salty had to return it but 2nd time was great. I'm on a low sodium diet and should have told them. Manager checked on me and told her soshe corrected the issue

I'll give 3-1/2 stars. We've been here several times. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's not. This last time it was not. Our waiter was awful. He was really young, very inattentive and flustered. We had to ask for bread. We got our salads right beforeour meals came. That's a no-no. He kept flying by our table and completely ignored us. No drink refills. He asked us how we weredoing when we were almost finished. My husband's steak was supposed to be medium. It was medium well. My yam was pretty mooshy.My chicken fingers were good. The manager, who was very nice, came around and asked us how things were. We told her. Sheoffered a new steak to my husband, but at that point, he only had four bites of the first steak to eat yet. Other times we'vehad no issues at all. I guess it's hit or miss. We'll go back because when the food is good, it's really good. As far asemployees, well, we'll hope for better next time.
