Kfc - York

I ordered a two-piece meal and requested coleslaw, but I received mashed potatoes and gravy instead. The meal was missing a biscuit, and the chicken was overcooked—extremely dark brown with no salt and quite dry. I ended up throwing most of it away. On the parking side, the lot was very full.

Terrible. Opened late and still had no chicken available at lunch time. This is a combo KFC/Long John Silver and the LJS was awful. The fish and fries were fried to death, greasy and gross. Felt horrible for a while after eating this garbage. Do yourself a favor and either go to Chik-fil-A or Mission BBQ just down the road. Both superior options.

The service was excellent. My order was handled promptly, and the young man at the window was exceptionally kind and courteous. I was very impressed with the level of service.

Half the time my mother comes here, the fryers aren’t even working. Just today the wait time for a standard 8 piece was an hour and a half. The bathrooms weren’t even clean, mens bathroom was out of order. The eating area is at least clean.

Quality of food has severely decreased in recent years, avoid if you want a decent meal
