Burger King - York

This Burger King used to be excellent, but it has been declining in quality for a while now. Every time I visit, I consistently receive cold and stale burgers and fries. I decided to try the new Ghost Pepper Whopper, and while the presentation was decent, the burger and fries were both cold. What was even more frustrating was that I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes in the drive-thru despite no line and an empty dining room. Considering the prices they charge, the food should be fresh. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this location needs to be held accountable for serving low-quality food. After reading other reviews, I am concerned about the cleanliness and safety of this place. Where is the health department?

I am not impressed with BK. The new chicken sandwiches are just okay, nothing special, and definitely not worth $7. Everyone knows that Popeyes has the best chicken sandwich, and it's only $4.99.

I placed my order at 8:18 pm and received ice-cold food at 8:45 pm. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for a long time and was no longer safe to eat. I brought it inside for a refund, but no one knew how to process it. The manager was nowhere to be found, with staff repeatedly saying, "She is not in the store." Eventually, the manager was located and provided a brief demonstration on how to issue a refund before walking away without offering an apology for the extended wait, the cold, old food, or the 10-minute delay in finding her. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received at this particular Burger King. The gentleman that worked the window was very polite and courteous, the service was very fast, and the food was hot and fresh. I must say that this has been the bestBurger King I have been to in a long time. Way to go Burger King for number one hiring such great employees who represent yourcompany very well and number to refer the number one!

Food always seems fresh, food is always good, and orders always correct. Sometimes seems understaffed, so the wait is slightly longer than usual. Honestly it's worth the wait for better than usual fast food.
