After we placed our order, the waitress mentioned that many of their sauces and mayos are vegan by default, so other dishes could potentially be made vegan as well. However, it wasn’t clear which ones. I believe they would likely accommodate special requests for something different if you asked, but I would prefer if their vegan options were clearly presented and described upfront. Additionally, there was a notable section in the menu explaining that they stopped serving avocado for sustainability reasons. While I appreciate this effort, it seems a bit inconsistent; if sustainability is truly a priority for them, they might want to consider eliminating beef from the menu first.

The brunch menu offers a wide variety of vegan options, featuring seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients. It’s a lovely spot with a welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and great service.

This has for a long time been a favourite cafe in York. But with the chef's/owner leadership there is a brilliant range of meals that cater to vegan and veg friendly tastes. I am partial to their Indian style meals, particularly dhal and rice.

This café is fantastic. They have a unique take on breakfast, their cakes are to die for, and they serve the best coffee in the area.

I visited the restaurant with my two daughters, and we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were wonderful. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable, and the breakfast was simply the best I’ve ever had. Many thanks to everyone!
