Trifecta after a beautiful meal sometimes you only need a cold drink, at a beautiful place with friends who have never met before. this place has everything.

Beautiful bar sitting or outside. we were immersed in york for step sons graduation day. for a bite to eat before they go to norwich. that was okay. I enjoyed my burger, although I felt that more chips would have been better. we enjoyed all our meal times. beautiful open fire. would like to visit again.

I had fish and chips a small part that was huge but very tasty. pub beautiful and had a good atmosphere personal efficient and friendly. there was only one complaint that came a bit of a draft through the window, but I get what you get with old pubs. I would have chosen the table through the open fire overall had a nice meal and enjoyed the evening.

Good atmosphere, good and cheap beer, beautiful terrace. next time I have to try it.

Absolutely beautiful! truly stunning pub. the history behind it is also phenomenal! the food looked delicious, so a shame that I didn't try! the staff was very friendly and happy to discuss the ghosts although they need to ask themselves constantly. worth a visit!
