The Fox Inn - York

The Fox Inn is a fantastic, cozy British country pub that serves delicious homemade food. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff are friendly and provide fantastic service. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and they serve the best chips I've ever had. I can't speak highly enough of this place, and it is also dog-friendly.

everything was 5* from eating to bar service. the meal was hot and the staff is very friendly. everything you wanted, it has. the meals are very expensive. would recommend everyone.

All round a great British pub with great food great service, we had Sunday Roast Lunch, portions were very generous, staff amazingly attentive and were happy to give my kids a bowl of custard for dessert when they requested it.

Great place to stay, very clean and modern looking rooms. The food here is excellent, and the portions are huge! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will be back next year, no hesitations in recommending this place!

Just came here from Ontario. Had Sunday dinner special with sticky toffee pudding and a pint. Great homecooked food at a reasonable price.
