Mcdonalds - York

A very nice Mcdonalds, you know what you are going to get with the food, it may not be great food but it is cheap. It can be noisy and busy at times but if you get in at the right time you will get what you want.

Ordered our food at Drive through, and was asked to drive to a bay to wait for our meals. Young Lad came out of restaurant carrying our food and simply stood there holding the bag out to us, instead of bringing it to car!!! I had to physically get out of car and walk across to the restaurant to collect it from him! The idea of a drive through didnt meet the mark that day

Dirty... really dirty. Chips and other food all over the floors, under tables, mooshed on to the seats etc. Cheap and grim.

Brand new mcdonalds and thought I'd give it a chance after my first visit and given an apple pie 3hrs over the time it should've been binned.

I have used the drive through on 2 occasions and found the service to be slow and very inefficient waiting approximately 5 minutes after ordering on 1st visit and nearly 10 on second stuck in a queue of cars! Only out of convenience I visited the restaurant and again despite not being overly busy a lot of people waiting for their orders and we had a wait of 10 minutes to get ours.
