Mcdonald's - York

The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been in! Majority of tables were dirty as was the floor and no sign of anyone cleaning. Staff looked demotivated and miserable. Grim.

Arrived just before midnight Saturday..drive through closed as only 2 staff members..took 30 minutes to receive our order..the owner must do better!!

Called in late at 11:00pm half way through a long journey. Some of the menu wasn't available, waiting time for food was too long, order was wrong and chicken burger was dry as a bone.

Food was actually hot for the first time in about 10 years!

I want to give a big shout out to Ros I think her name was. She was really helpful and told some students to room in when we couldn’t get past. She then had to tidy up their mess they had left and really interacted with my children. Thank you Ros
