Mcdonald's - York

There were incorrect items in our order and we found paper from the patty in our meal, causing my partner to gag.

Once again, McDonald's has failed to include items in my order. They need to improve the training of their staff.

This branch of McDonalds really seem to have a hard time with basic tasks. I've yet to order from here and not have something missing. This time, three out of four fries were missing, three of the drinks were in the cup holder and one was laid down leaking all over the bag. Surely getting an order, looking at it and putting the items in the bag accordingly isn't a complicated task?

The restaurant was very pleasant, although the food could have been a bit warmer. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

Just ordered the squad burger deal and only got 2 burgers instead of 4. Didnt get the free chicken nuggets or the extra chicken nuggets that I ordered. Basically got less than half of the order i paid for. Very disappointing. Refund requested.
