Dough - York

We have visited dough a few times and eating and freezing was always great. we also used their catering service for our high time and they offered a stunning series of pizzas, lasagne, salads, brot and antipasti. the owners discussed our requirements and were very professional from beginning to end to ensuring that they were able to cope with the challenges of the limited facilities in the village hall and in providing exciting gluten-free and vegetarian options. the food was absolutely delicious and got many compliments on the day, it even has some paints in the guestbook! would highly recommend the service and shop.

I had booked for 11 of us to stay in a self-catering apartment in york for my cousin hen weeks. in the first night I wanted to take my own food or at least we would eat and go out in the next night. I have surpassed here to see if he could organize dinner for our evening. colin was very helpful and good to stay in touch with me and to fit our requirements, I took the lunch on Friday night and took it back to the apartment, after the instructions to heat it up. we had homemade lasagne, a selection of pizzas and focaccia and various aromes of ice to finish. eating was amazing. the last, from and to choose more than we actually eat in a session. the company was good and eating great gave us all a chance to get to know better, I would not recommend dough.

Love this little shop a 5/10 min walk from York minster a really gem wonderful Italian treats, I know its in the name but their dough is amazing and the calzones better than Italy! Wish I lived closer
