Chef Lu’ S Yī Pǐn Xiāng - York

The dining experience was nothing. From the time we sat down to the time we left after waiting for an hour, we were not given any food or even a glass of water.

Bad dining experience at this restaurant, with cash only payment added to horrible customer service and poor quality of food. There was a steel ball inside the dish “Grilled Sea Bass in Hot Spicy Sauce” last time I went there for lunch——SCARY!!! (Also, the inpatient attitude from their manager made me uncomfortable)…

The balls and some of the dishes in the spicy pot with chilli oil had gone bad and were very unfresh, my friends and I have experienced this three times and I found it very unpleasant………

HORRIBLE! Horrible customer service and food safety issues. Deep fried chicken on the bone in dried chilli All Crushed bones, and very bad service attitude from the restaurant manager. The chicken dish was almost crushed bones with very little meat, which damaged one of my friends’ teeth. But they denied to admit their negligence with an arrogant attitude when we texted them for our unsatisfactory.

Excellent authentic Chinese food. This isn't exactly what you would expect for a UK Chinese and they serve up much more authentic fair here. No cash but you can pay using bank transfer. Servings are huge as well. My only complaint is that I wish the 地三鲜 had more eggplant and less potato. Still some of the best I have had outside China!
