Ever since the new ownership, the service has been bad and they aren't very helpful. Very rude. Also through the app, from this location you can not apply coupons nor have anything delivered.
The worker was very rude. I asked to use the bathroom but when given the 9 digit code, the lock screen was very inconvenient. When asking for clarification on the numbers, the lady said wait and finished making the sandwhich. It is not hard to help your customers. id never like to go here again
Poorly managed store with most amenities unavailable (ice, restroom, credit card), staff unresponsive and unhelpful and order (done through app because of credit card issues) not made correctly.
Been coming here for years and never had any issues up until the new ownership. This is not meant to belittle or bash the employees or management, hopefully this will be taken as constructive criticism. I order footlongs most of the time and have always politely asked if it can be cut in half and wrapped separately. Recently, I was never informed that it would end up being charged as two 6” subs (which is more) as opposed to the footlong wrapped in one. Had they mentioned this to me prior to making the sub I might’ve reconsidered or just accepted as is. The fact that the owner and his employee failed to tell me beforehand is what upset me. As this was news to me. Also, I have never seen a workplace with so much turnaround. Every time I go in there’s new employees. And I just had a sandwich prepared that was unacceptable, a simple flatbread that the owner rolled up like a long hotdog or taco. They really need to take these reviews seriously and make a positive change.
