This place used to be much better. Now they're rude and make low quality pizza. Find another Papa John's and avoid this garbage.

Just like the previous comments, they usually mess up the order and have the rudest employees in the business. One of the worst Papa John's locations.

Received burnt pizza—when we called back in, they told us they would make a fresh one and send it out (someone else ordered a “well done” pizza) and just keep the old one. When the new one arrived (an hour later), the delivery guy asked for the old pizza (we had picked at some of it because we were hungry—still slices left) and they didn’t bother to cut the new one—had to do it ourselves. This is at least the 3rd pizza in the last 4 times that we’ve ordered where it wasn’t close to how we ordered it…..this location is struggling.

This review is for the guy working at 10-11 am this morning. I had to call to ask for my pizza to be double cut to make small slices for kids (not choice on app) AND I realized I needed to change 2 of the 4 pizzas in my order. Guy said no problem. Also, this order was for a kid birthday party and they delivered on time with no issues. Will be using them again this summer. Thanks for making my kid's school pizza party day!
