Mcdonald's - Yonkers

This McDonalds is getting one star, because I can't put ZERO. This McDs has horrible service. The staff just stand around ignoring you while they converse. They ignore, ignore and keep ignoring. They treat people horribly. I feel bad for the delivery people, who stand around for long periods of time.In addition, the wait time for your order to be ready is horrible. They take so long, and worst off you have to wait until they feel like serving you you're food.By far the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. I thought maybe it was one day, but nope....it's everytime.I hope they get new management. It really starts there and you can tell is a poorly run establishment.

The lady at the window charged me for barbecue sauce (3 for $1) which is very ironic to me Mc Donald’s has NEVER charged me for extra condiments this place is ghetto.

It’s generally a hit or miss in terms of getting your order right. Sometimes they forget things and then you have to go back and ask for it. They never have an issue with correcting mistakes but it’s annoying to have to do it. The staff is nice overall, especially with the volume of customers they receive. I’m sure it’s not easy dealing with dozens if not hundreds of people an hour.

It’s not same anymore, cashier’s are so rude.They doesn’t explain anything. As a cashier their job is to make people happy so we go back.We spend lot of money even it’s a fast food,if their behavior doesn’t change,it’s better to get real food around somewhere close.My cashier were very rude ,she had attitude and she made a comment in Spanish because I were 10 second late to take out the money.She also walked out and come back very rude way .Please have a talk to all the cashier,we customer not eating for free nor they working for free. So there are no necessary to get free attitude.

The lines are always long. They don't have enough space near the registers so that can get annoying. When I go through the drive through something from my order is always missing .Kid-friendliness: Has a play room.
