Bakery Otonariya - Yomitan

I love this bakery. They open quite early for Japan (8am) and it always smells incredible in there. The labeling system makes it easy to distinguish between vegan and non-vegan items (green: vegan, red: gluten free&vegan). All the items also have their names written on them in both English and Japanese. Staff is super nice. Cash only. In the fridge they also sell chocolate soy milk and local kombucha. Sometimes they also have local organic vegetables for sale. You need to go early as they usually sell out around noon.

A cozy bakery next to the road in Yomitan area. The decor inside is quite strange with old LPs on the walls. Labes are color-coded, which is a beautiful idea. Had a delicious Veg Curry pan.

Fantastic small bakery, several employees working hard. The vegan and vegan/gluten free articles are clearly characterized to play great music to the stress from the very difficult choice, what to buy! I've filled with Chana masala bread rolls (Indian garbanzo bean curry) just as amazingly good, and olive-Focaccia bread, which was also just perfect a soft chewing experience filled with olives and drowned in olive oil. Can't wait to go back tomorrow and try some other things. Looks like they sell out fast, I have the last two curry rolls at 10. What did I miss that was sold out earlier? They have several vegetation sandwich rolls that saw great desire that they had a vegan version. I saw no meat products, I think this place is vegetarian with many vegan and gluten-free products.
