Try the chickensashimi plate. There are raw chicken livers and slightly suspected chicken thighs / chest and something else I'm not sure. But it's good:
Great surprises. Beings are juicy and delicate. Go so well with spring onions. Quail eggs are smokey, but crisp. Very recommended.
