Byrd's Pizza Ribs - Yokohama

Cobb salad and mac n cheese were the real thing. As a Californian I can’t say for sure if the others were completely authentic but for my palate they were perfectly cooked and just right. Cornbread nice and buttery, coleslaw creamy and crispy, and meat soft and juicy and well seasoned. We also ordered an Arnold Palmer mocktail and there was a coffee with the brunch meal we ordered. Both drinks were great. The mocktail was only lightly sweetened. The coffee tasted very standard but perfect with the meal. The salad and brunch meal were plenty to fill us up (one female and one male adult) The price was high but worth the money if you can afford it. I can’t wait to come back and try the pizza and dessert as well.

Underwhelming food. Too expensive for the very small portion you get. Seems like a failed attempt to emulate American BBQ. Dry, burnt-to-a-crisp ribs with a TON of dry rub thrown over the tasteless black meat in an effort to give it flavor. Get ready to get a jaw workout trying to chew through the bark . Overly thin, floppy and salty pizza. Their large size pizza and rib combo is tiny, and expensive! Pulled pork sandwhich is decent, but also incredibly small. Waitress, although friendly, kept coming over and talking way too much, especially annoying during our meal. She swiftly took away our plates before we were done, and proceeded to hard sell some desserts even though we already declined. I guess this might be a last resort if you miss BBQ, but don 't come expecting much more than a half-baked imitation.

5 stars. They did not offer brisket or beef ribs so I order the barbecue chicken wings since I do not eat pork. I also ordered the Mac and cheese coleslaw and corn bread. All was very delicious and very filling. The server was very nice and spoke perfect English. I highly recommend this establishment. It is very close to train station in a very beautiful area with lots of shopping.

Food is delicious, especially Memphis BBQ. But, be careful. The prices on the internet menu are wrong. I ordered take out BBQ platter for 3600. When i came to pick it up, it was 4200. Staff told me the internet menu was old, then looked at me like it was my fault when i asked about being overcharged. I suggested they throw in a piece of pie to make things right and all was well. I highly recommend you double check the prices if you're ordering pickup.
