Very good home boss and very nice staff very good meal and service to the top I recommend this restaurant if you pass in this region
Good food good eating quiet place with space very well
We stayed here for a night as we were attending a wedding locally. The rooms were tired and dated in the main. Beds were hard and pillows flat and tired. Bathrooms are poor and showers are off the taps and not suitable for anyone over about 3 ft tall. Room 5 is the only room worth bothering with. One towel to share irrespective of number of occupants. Breakfast is VERY poor. We were offered prepackaged bread even though the bakers was 2 steps away from the front door. With this went smoked salmon and prepackaged sliced cheese with hard boiled eggs the left overs from the adjacent table having breakfast, (the owner literally took it off their table whilst they were still eating) which included their left over half a boiled egg (still with shell) !!!!! This hotel has no consideration as to presentation and etiquette, which is really quite amazing for France. Did we feel like valuable customers not at all. This hotel gave the feel of an establishment who had no regard for its customers. I would give this hotel no stars if I could. In a word shocking. Over priced, over rated and downright unhygienic.
Excellent friendly service, superb value for lunchtime plat du jour menu. They also specialise in fantastic home made pizzas from a wood oven. Filled baguettes can be also made up for onward journeys and are some of the best that you will find anywhere. You can eat in the bar which has a 50s/60s music theme to it with guitars and lots of black and white photos on the walls or there is a slightly more formal restaurant. Open lunchtimes and evenings except for Sundays. Thoroughly recommended!
