Disappointing. Only had vanilla no chocolate. Tried the NSA strawberry it was Terrible. Paid for larges but there was less than 10 spoonfuls in the cup. They don't make them to look anything at all like the pictures on the posters where it is swirled above the cup. In fact once she put the vanilla in the cup she placed it on the counter and used an up and down motion to pack it down. I thought she was going to add more but she didn't. I asked for sprinkles and she was generous with that but they tasted awful. I scooped out all the sprinkles.The ice cream itself seemed watered down. TCBY is my favorite. I was so excited to see one when we stopped for gas but it was a complete disappointment. Stay away!

Terrible owner and store in general and I live in this town! They do NOT honor any phone app specials, fun creamy holidays or coupons. I went 2 weeks ago though I should have known better. Same rules and regulations about apps or specials being a no so I decided I was there order 3 scoops vanilla with hot caramel. I got about 1/4 scoop vanilla and tons of caramel! The cream melted from the caramel and the caramel turned rock hard and was way too much of it. Completely uneditable! No refund givens. Please go somewhere else that's not overpriced and likes their customer

Way over price for a couple scoops of ice cream. And they tried to short-change me and only give me one scoop of ice cream.

Do not go here!!!! Do not go even within a few miles from here! I went to get my 5 year old a little after lunch treat and for toppings on a kids scoop in a cup she asked for a just a few sprinkles, a couple of strawberries and a little drizzle of chocolate sauce. It ended up being almost $8 as she charged me an extra dollar for each small topping (less than what they would usually give for topping) so I decided not to get it. I offered to pay if given a discount. As a customer I have the right to decline my purchase! I hadn't even held it in my hand. She yelled at me in front of my daughter, made her cry in fear, and pointed a finger at me and told me to get the hell out of the store! Told me not to eat at Subway either and that she was going to call the cops on me. Some profanity later and a traumatized sweet 5 year old. She literally kept yelling at us until we left. Subway service here was also bad no eye contact, no personal skills. Check those reviews out nothing good.
