Old Faithful Snow Lodge Obsidian Dining Room

I ordered the bacon burger and found it to be delicious. My family tried the lachsburger and spicy chickenburger, but they thought they were just okay. One thing we all agreed on was that the fries were really good. The only downside was that eating with your hands was necessary.

Although not deserving of any culinary accolades, the grill met our needs by providing a much-needed meal for our family of four after a morning of hiking. An added bonus was its convenient location and fast service. The hot chicken sandwich was a bit lacking in flavor, but at least it wasn't tough. My son and daughter both enjoyed their meals - a burger and a fish sandwich.

There are limited dining options in Yellowstone, being a national park. The food was typical cafeteria-style, but better than fast food and quite cozy. While it may not be a fancy 5-star restaurant, visitors will have a satisfactory experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite being busy, and were willing to engage in personal conversations. Overall, it was a pleasant change from the daily packed sandwiches in the park.

To visit in winter, this is the only place to lunch open. after 3 meal times here I can confirm that eating is barely hot. because they can't put food in the grill outside, I can assume that the microwave is there instead of eating hot. I had the chili dog and it is very good after a spin in the microwave. the hamburger, hühnerburger and fischburger was all in order, but not hot served. the workers were friendly and eating came fast (too fast.)

Visiting in the winter, this is the only place open for lunch. After 3 meals here I can confirm the food is served barely warm. Since you cannot bring outside food into the grill, I can assume the microwave is there instead of serving the food hot. I had the chili dog and it very good after a spin in the microwave.
