Karizma Cafe' - Yazd

Awful awful quality and service Took them 45 minutes to deliver the orders and the kebabs were drowned in salt The management and the reception didn't even have the courtesy to explain or apologize for the delay For that quality; the price is sky high Not worth it.

The waiters are not good, they forget what we ordered for drink after serving my drink. It was low quality, small and extremely sweet.

Bad service, prices 5 to 10 times higher than in a menu.

While it had a nice view from the rooftop, the portions were really small, food quality not great and expensive, and then they overcharged us for the bill (apparently they had not updated the menu, and there is now 20% tax instead of 10% as per the menu). Overall not a very pleasant experience and lots of better options around yazd

Has a good roof for view but the real prices different then menu prices, its kind of annoying.
