This has got to be the best KFC I have been to in ages, they got our order right the first time and got it to us very fast.

KFC Plainland......this is a photo of 2 x large chips you get when you have a $42 family feast meal at KFC Plainland....they have got to be joking. Had a real smart a.se on the register and I asked for hot and spicy, and he told me it was a set menu..So they gave me ordinary, and yes we had 2 bites and then returned for hot and spicy as I ordered.. This is the photo of the chips we received. This outlet has a bad reputation with the locals. We had the best meals there about 2 weeks ago and then found out that KFC management and the Health department we on the site when we made our purchase....just goes to show that they can serve good meals when someone is supervising. I have tried to phone the site for the past hour and no one is answering the phone.

Slooowwww service, often have to substitute as out of stock of food in meal deals. Food quality varies from cold to in edible to sometimes at correct temp. Never Again.

Abysmal. Product unavailable. Insufficient product in your order...and NO discount applied! Mistakes within order. 15 minute waits for food in Drive-through when only ONE vehicle ahead of you. Big orders in Drive-through NOT diverted to car-park so small orders can be dealt with. Inept management of staff in every respect. If you have a choice DON'T eat here. Been here a few dozen times thinking these were one-off problems....Maybe 1 in 6 visits here have had no complication...roll the dice.
