While the drive-thru was running smoothly, there was no one attending to the counter inside. Eventually, a girl came out and chatted with the customers in front of us but did not take their order. Other customers walked up, bypassed the line, and placed their orders. After about ten minutes, we were finally served, but it was a disappointing and frustrating experience. We do not plan on returning in the future.
Popped in for lunch and there was 1 staff at cash who also had to fill orders like making sandwiches etc. I was only 3rd in line but after 10 minutes I was still 2nd in line. What is worse is you can see 3 other staff in the back room and you can hear them joking around. This Tim's is by far the slowest I have been in around the country and never seems to improve.
Stopped in before catching the Cat and service was quick and the staff was friendly. Coffee and pastries delicious.
Just ran in for a cup of tea before getting on the CAT. The woman behind the counter was not very pleasant, no smile, "good morning" or "thank you". I had to ask for more milk in my tea twice. Tea in a paper cup just doesn't cut it. Not sure how the coffee is.
I have always like Tim Hortons ever since my first visit to Canada. Their donuts are to die for, especially the chocolate whoopee pie one, wanted to try so many more
