Gaia Food Truck - Yarmouth

This place was awesome!! Food was delicious, accommodated my hockey team and parents!! Very well priced. Will definitely be back!

That was delicious. I got the classic burger and that was the most well prepared burgers iv eaten. So juicy and flavorful. 6 stars out of 5

I was lucky enough to get a ticket for the multi-course meal last Saturday night. It was absolutely outstanding. Five stars! The amount of work that went into it was clear. Each courses plate was a small masterpiece. The tastes were unique, ultra-fresh and refreshingly new. I can’t say enough about the talent of the two chefs in charge and their attention to detail. This was the best food experience I’ve ever had in Yarmouth. I’m looking forward to following their career and their gifts to the community.

I had the green curry and it was fabulous. Lot's of variety of choices and friendly staff. No beer or wine served but oh well. Some sacrifices you have to make. Try it, you'll like it.

Love the flavours in the Chicken Tikka Masala, delicious!!!! The coconut lime rice was the perfect side. First time but we will be back!!!
