Yardley Bagel Cafe

I waited 35 minutes for two bagels while the front staff just stood around and did nothing to assist in the back. Several customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. The wait for food was worse than at a Wawa. To make matters worse, none of the two bagels were even prepared when I arrived, despite what was indicated at the front. The staff definitely needs to change, or maybe the management, or perhaps both. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be coming back.

I’m really glad to have discovered Bagel Tempo so near the market I visit. The bagels are freshly made on-site, and I had my first taste of one recently. Last week, I tried all the pumpernickel varieties, which were great. They also offer a good white fish salad. The staff is friendly, the bagels are fresh, and the atmosphere is comfortable. I plan to try a breakfast sandwich next!

I ended up canceling my order and wouldn’t recommend this place. I understand they're busy, but waiting over 35 minutes for 6 plain bagels is unacceptable service. There were several other customers waiting, yet the staff at the counter seemed more interested in chatting and giggling than in helping the long line of customers almost spilling out the door. When I inquired about my order, the girls were polite, but they seemed to avoid the conversation, crossing their arms as if they didn’t want to engage. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last.

Alway have a wide range of bagels. I love her French toast, pumpernickel, marble vertebrae and blueberry. The staff is always friendly. Usually I buy a few dozen at a time to freeze them for my family's daily breakfast. They are always beautiful and give me freezer bags to separate them and freeze them.

So I just moved to the area and I went here to have some breakfast. I can tell you that the bagels are very good, very fresh and all the ingredients that they use for their food in general is very high quality. Also, I love their illy cold brew iced coffee as well. So this is definitely going to be my go-to spot for bagels and breakfast! Which I highly recommend this place to anybody that likes bagels and breakfast food!
