Mcdonald's - Yankton

The restaurant experience was terrible. The chips were better than the food itself. As I was eating, I discovered a whole roach in my soft taco which was disgusting. Additionally, there was a whole uncut pineapple on my plate, forcing me to eat it like an apple. A worker even mentioned he would sleep in the booth next to us and ended up falling asleep. We took advantage of this by putting mashed potatoes in his face. When we left, we witnessed an employee getting their kneecaps smashed with a sledgehammer. Overall, I would rate this experience a 6 out of 10.

Very impressed with the long awaited renovations. Great new open dining concept. The kiosk allows you to do your own ordering. The staff is always good. This mcd has had a great staff manger core over the years. You got rid of the best item on your menu. You upped your prices which I get but did you really have to charge people for fountain water? BK changed things for the worst too. More spendy, and the buns for the cheeseburgers is just like MCD's but MCD's cant beat that flame broiled meat.

Clowns mobile ordering let me place my order before 1030 (breakfast cut off) The drive landed me there at 1033 and they wouldn't serve my breakfast, an order placed before breakfast ends Pass on this one, there's a burger King up the road that will treat you right!

Asked for fresh coffee and they gave me old coffee. Requested another cup from freshly brewed coffee and they poured it from the same pot and said it was freshly brewed. I explained that fresh brewed coffee is super hot and really steamy but the guy said, 'Well the cup is a little warm. ' They refused to brew fresh coffee at Yankton, SD McDonalds.

The staff was very unpleasant to work with and did not treat us with respect as paying customers. I was incredibly disappointed in the way I was treated.
