Placed an order to go, not celiac friendly. Even with the GF bun. And I never got my card back. When I went back hours later, I asked why they didn’t call? They said it was my responsibility to make sure I had my card when they never gave it back after running it. Seemed sketchy that they just have loads of cards in their drawer with no intention of giving them back to owners.

1st time here. DISAPPOINTED! Very pricey! AVOID! Won't go back! !What attracted us was Salad bar. Ordered Pizza and Salad bar. Being the first time there I was confused and not sure what to order. One of us ordered the pizza with salad bar add on. With salad bar add on It said you only get 1 trip to the Salad bar. I ordered just the Salad bar which allowed one to go as many times as you want. I was full after 1 trip. I let the waitress know I couldn't eat anymore as I was full. I asked for the add on price for Salad bar . She told me they weren't able to do that.Most salad bars allow one to go up and get a clean plate when needed but here they instead would bring you a clean plate so the waitress knew I only made 1 trip. Talked to the manager and he pretty much said Rules are Rules. Gave a$2 discount Not friendly at all! Also when they brought out the pizza they didn't bring any plates. We had to ask for plates. What ever happened to pleasing the customer? Ruby Tuesdays is the best! Excellent salad bar! Prices are reasonable. Valentinos Buffet on Holdrege is good too! Pay One price And eat as much Salad and Pizza as you want!

Everyone is always so welcoming from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Awesome salad bar! I’ve never had a bad experience in the last few years I’ve been coming here!

If you are going for the salad bar or Mac and cheese it is great! Everything else not so much. The baked potato was dry. The breading on the chicken fried steak was off, and the mashed potatoes had a slice taste.

My advice is... RUN! Took the family thinking prices weren't as high as they could be and between us all we ordered three main entree meals and appetizers. I could explain all the dishes as well as appetizers but honestly it's not worth it. The only thing that was actually hot was a piece of garlic bread that came with a meal. It was honestly hot and food not. The salmon that came atop of pasta was so hot it was unreal but upon examination which happened quickly because of the bad smell showed that they really over cooked it an I'm pretty certain due to possibly being spoiled. The pasta had no actual Alfredo sauce, just juice from the bad salmon. So the manager wouldn't come talk to me an I ended up still paying 60 bucks for some food that didn't get eaten. It angered me so much but, I know we will NEVER go there again. Then two days later some people at work reported having had an awful food/dining experience and jokingly I said, let me guess, the Eatery? They said yes and we all had a laugh but pissed at same time. Honestly, if you choose to go even after this review, you deserve what ya get! Just sayin!
