I'm so bummed. I went thru the drive-thru around 10 a.m. 4/2/24. I asked for my extra caramel, extra crunch and almond milk which was repeated to me. There was no sticker with my specifics added, it's not almond milk, caramel is standard and crunch is less than standard! I want what I pay for and I want consistency, I'm so bummed because Starbucks and this drink are my absolute favorite.
Received a $25 gift card. Went to use it in store, opened it from original packaging in front of cashier, was told there was no balance. Told I would need to call corporate, they also would do nothing to make it right because I did not receive original purchase receipt with gift card. No one I spoke to in store or through customer service seemed to care or make any effort to rectify situation. Customer service with Starbucks in general seems poor. This was final straw for me and they have now lost as many customers as I can accumulate.
I'm from out of state and thought it'd be nice to stop through a Starbucks on my drive though. The baristas there all seemed to be working very hard while they were there, except for an older gentleman who seemed to not be helping out at all! They were very busy while I was there, and he just stood and ignored the baristas that were around and working very hard. He wasn't a very good energy for the store. The sweet girl with a black hijab took my order and she was very kind and courteous, and the barista with the orange buzz cut made my drink and it was delicious.
As a Dasher, time is . I've waited there many times, not able to get eye contact or help. Then, finally when I have got their attention, I find it's been sitting there the whole time, with no name waiting to be bagged. Ugggh!!!
