Restaurant is good but would have preferred it would be in a bag with napkins

The worst and most disrespectful treatment in my life from this StoneBrook Pizza Hut location. I ordered over the Iphone App, for the second time, it got my address wrong, so I called 6 times to correct it before they came to deliver to my neighbor, each time got greeted with Pizza Hut, laughs and hand up, 2 times they took my name, and hang up. So I drove to the location, ask to speak with the Manager, spoke with Garrett that was way in the back of the store, while all the shenanigans were happening in the front desk. Got my order, where I found in home that I paid for 6 Apple pies and got 4, I paid for delivery and tip and got none back. U$29.00 on a NY Pizza style and pies, please take your money elsewhere. Since they open the place, I have been a steady customer. if I dont get my deserved credit back and proper apology even after been insulted in my face at the store. I will not be back with my business. If only I could find the franchise owner, that may care. Will contact Pizza Hut HQ as they are in Plano, also Yum Brands corporate as well. This was a huge embarrassment to let it go that easy.

We just had this delivered to us. Kinda lame to send a burned pizza out for delivery. Worse, I tried to call them and they let the phone ring until they finally pick up before hanging up the phone. Whoever is working right now just doesn’t care at all. Terrible.

When you order delivery directly from Pizza Hut the delivery fee is $3.99 but when you order Pizza Hut through DoorDash the delivery fee is only $1.99. Why is that? I feel duped by ordering directly from Pizza Hut thinking I was doing them a favor not having to pay DoorDash a percentage of the sale.

Terrible experience. Our delivery order was messed up three times. The poor driver had to come back multiple times, and we still didn't receive everything we paid for. I will not be returning to this location.
