Place was dirty, bathrooms were horrendous Food was cold and old

Morning management is poor and have a crew member named Vicky and she is rude to the entire store employees and customers

Normally pretty good food. Seems like lack of communication with customers and guests when busy and even with coworkers. Maybe more people are needed on shift if it would help during peak hours with how they are suppose to answer the drive threw and greet the first 3 seconds. Normally the wait in line hasn't been as bad around the 11pm to 2am peak hour in the city but the silence at the speaker and lack of communication or customer service at windows even could improve. The speed has definitely picked up though and quality of food made to order has become notice aswell!
