It"s on the ground above the food court. A bit expensive. But atmosphere is active and good.
This restaurant was not too bad. The Food. Was ok as we ordered quite a few dishes and shared at a round table. It's In Need of an English speaking Staff Member...

"Almost every dish from there is spicy. Customer Service was good. If you want to eat fresh seafood in Yangon, Min Lan restaurant is the best choice."
