Przekaż informację zwrotnąDining at this restaurant was excellent and budget-friendly. The manager and waiters were friendly and accommodating. I was able to communicate with the staff in both Hindi and English, making the experience even more enjoyable. They even prepared special Jain vegetarian dishes for me. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
We absolutely adore this place! This is our second visit to Myanmar and every evening in Yangon we make sure to come here. Without fail, we always order the Thali set (3500 mmk). It's different every night and the food is always freshly prepared. The owner is lovely and he often tells us about the local ingredients he uses in the dishes. The food is incredibly tasty and they even throw in free tea! Some nights, he goes above and beyond by personally coming out of the kitchen to give us extra servings of food.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic. It is truly authentic and homemade. The chapatis are excellent, as are the curries. The owner mentioned that the dishes are vegan, as they do not use ghee or milk.
Clean and tasty good food in a nice restaurant. Friendly staff and good clean place. Updated from previous review on 2016-12-18
Manager is friendly and speaks excellent English and can point you to vegan options, NB there is a fair amount of paneer dishes and some which likely contain curds. Portions are very good but prices reflect better quality and sizes, coming in at mostly 3,000 to 4,000 Kyats plus rice at 400 Kyats. Thali set 3,500 Kyats Roti 2 pieces Rice Sepgi 2 pieces Dal Mix Raita Papad Pohwa 2,000 Kyats was exceptional. Cooked to order. Lovely Masala tea 500 Kyats Upma 2,000 Didn't seem to mind us having certain dishes which are generally regarded as plain-ish breakfast time dishes, in the evening instead. 3 streets east from Backpackers Guesthouse.
