Roots - Yangiyul

We had a great time at this newly open beautiful African chicken themed restaurant. Instead of the usual loud disco music and random pop music videos, they show some really interesting African style dancing clips with some lovely southern American music in the background. Food was nice, good selections of veggies options despite being a meat themed restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the tofu wraps which are rarely offered in other places. Will surely return!

I recently dined at this restaurant in Tashkent and found it to have the best chicken dishes. I highly recommend trying the chicken butterfly or the chicken wings. The restaurant offers plenty of space, including tables suitable for groups of over 10 people, which is uncommon. The interior is beautifully decorated with a cool color scheme. The average bill can vary depending on what you order, typically ranging from 40-50 thousand som (5-6 USD) without salads to 60-70 thousand som (8-9 USD) with salads. Overall, I would recommend visiting this place at least once.

The menu offers a variety of delicious items. I recommend trying the freshly squeezed apple and orange juice.
