Sweet And Spicy - YAMBA

Excellent restaurant- varied menu, inexpensive, very fresh, great service. Note that the menu photo in google is hopeless from the date. check the opening times, do not pay attention to what it says in the menu photo, e.g. they are open Tuesday.

The lambs were delicious and the bart torte (German chocolate cake) was the best cake I ever had. I could taste the alcohol in it.

I'm very picky when it comes to food and service. This place has won me stars. Duck roll entree, Yamba fish with amazing chilli jam and Garlic chilli prawn salad were top. Service was great. They had the right sequence and dining Drinks came immediately after order was Side plates arrived before Side plates cleared and waitress asked if we wanted a new set of cutlery or When mains arrived, waitress knew who had which and called out dish nameFinally, a place that knows what they're doing!

Subtle, beautiful flavours, warm and welcoming service. We liked that we could bring our own wine. A great little place.

Just fantastic food! Fresh and very well prepared. Glad we avoided the bigger venues in Yamba to find this little gem. Fair pricing and highly recommended.
