しゃぶ Zhuān - Yamagata

Hands down, the Yonezawa beef sukiyaki is the best I ever had definitely a must when in Yamagata.

I thought I could not miss Yonezawa beef on a trip to Yamagata, so I decided to search online. When I made a reservation, I was very careful about the対応ry and the service was fast. The key meat goes well with ponzu sauce and sesame sauce. It is reasonable and satisfied with about 3000 yen per person. I think that there is a limited menu that can be selected because I made a request via the internet, but there are various meats and courses that you can choose, so I think there is a reservation for just a seat (reservation is recommended at full seats on the day).

I love ponsu sauce here....also kind of house made pickles are very good with beef and pork. Gyosa also good. They give a good size of portion. The ending with soba noodles was excellent. The sellers are not speak english, but we can make it. Love this local one.

Traditional Japanese restaurant. Yamagata beef is so delicious. Just style of sitting is not that comfortable.
