Lamont's Smiths Beach - YALLINGUP

Great service, food and drinks sniffed the dessert was too-the-for. I had the Pannacotta and my partner had the Pavlova. Very recommended for a dinner, so many of the wineries near 5. Bravo!

This restaurant had as much warmth and charm as my kitchen sink u-bend. We were served by someone whose shirt was so small that her big stomach was brushed and the food tasted before we did. Pig bell? No seasons. Pages? Don't expect a recommendation... if you need one. Coffee? Not even offered as an option that is as good as we could not wait to go. Only an unfortunate experience and certainly not worth the huge bill.

I ordered the roast chicken with a cauliflower sauce and fresh green beans. Very dissapointed the chicken consisted of a leg and a minute part of the chest. The chicken itself was soggy and I think it had on the cauliflower sauce for a...while before preparation The skin of the chicken was certainly not what I would call roast. My wife had Gold Band Snapper that she said was good. The service itself was very good, but for me the quality of food was not justified the price.

My little family has an amazing vacation, stay at Smiths Beach Resort and were thrilled for dinner. Unfortunately, I was immediately disappointed when the food was put on the table. I ordered the “Lamb T Bone/Romesco/broad Beans” for a cheap meat cut... I had expected it to be cooked exceptionally, to melt in your mouth, but it was quite the opposite. It was overcooked, hard and super hard to cut. For $46.50 I received 3 tiny pieces of lamb, a small spoon of wide beans, a lemon wedge and a small amount of tomato sauce (Romesco). The staff never came to the table to check if we were happy with the meal, and once we were done, they just came and began to remove the plates without saying a word, never ask how it was. Once I expressed my opinion that the meal was bad quality and extremely argued about price "Giovanni" that it was not just a tomato sauce. He reduced the lamb to $39, but without apology or care. We plan to go to breakfast, we will definitely not be now. Unfortunately, Lamonts is not a reflection about Smiths Beach Resort, they were amazing.

A lovely restaurant with great food, great service and great wine! I would recommend this restaurant for couples of family and friends looking for great value meals and sizeable portions ! The staff were wonderful
