Simple, no fuss (sandwiches, burgers), fresh and good food. We had freshly made chicken/salad and avocado/salad sandwiches.
My family have been buying take away from here for 4 decades and the Sesame burger used to be absolutely the best with the Sesame burger being quite thick and scrumptious with a light wholemeal roll full of a beautiful salad.Well what we received today was a whiff of Sesame no burger a salad no tomato. This is a very expensive burger and I was so very disappointed as was my husband who said it was like they just put a few Sesame in the salad.Come on guys get back to what you were known for please.Being local I will give it one more go and if it doesn't improve I will go else where, sorry! On a positive the coffee is always good and my husband had a bacon and egg burger the other day that was very good so all they need to do is make a real Sesame burger or perhaps they just forgot to put it in.Thanks for the lovely coffee.
From the outside, this looks like a small country general store/post office but it houses a great little cafe. Our soup and sandwiches were tasty and fresh - and although we didn't try any the cakes looked amazing.
Excellent coffee and takeaway. Adorable staff. But the best part is sitting on the verandah and wishing you were 40 years younger and could hang out after a morning in the surf. Warms my heart to see all the young surfies who are so sweet.
