My experience at the reception was a nightmare. I had visited this place twice, which was a 20-minute journey each time, after being informed via email that availability would be found at 11:30 AM. However, upon my arrival, I noticed that the reception area was overcrowded with many people, including a woman. Despite this, I was informed that there was no availability. I found the behavior of the manager lady to be particularly unpleasant as she had a bad attitude and even screamed at me. I was very surprised that someone with such poor behavior was given a managerial position. As a member of the Edition Hotel chain, I have visited many of their locations around the world, but this one did not meet my expectations. I requested to speak to the manager, but the manager lady informed me that she was the only manager available and that the other manager was unavailable at the moment.

They are so rude, they refused to let us in saying we dont have a reservation and when i showed them our reservation they said our system is not working we cant let you in unless you pay 250€ for each person to have lunch at the restaurant. Do not come. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good but not worth the price at all .. there is better choices than this with better prices

Came here with my partner for cocktails and a light lunch. We had the most pleasant time, met a lovely man by the name of Turk who took care of us, recommended some amazing wines that we bought and taking back to UK. the hospitality and food was 10/10. Defo staying here next time we come to Bodrum. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₺200+
