Generally speaking, the coupons at this restaurant are not as effective as other chain fast-food spots, and there is no delivery service available. The flavor of the chicken strips themselves is lacking, especially if you choose the spicy option, as it mainly tastes like spicy seasoning on bland dough. I purchased food here when it first opened, and unfortunately, nothing seems to have improved since then. The prices are on the higher side, and coupons cannot be used. The wait time was shorter this time, but there was only one cashier and two online checkout stations open. There doesn't seem to be any limitation on the noise level in the restaurant. Today, I ordered 5 pieces of chicken and fries for $250, but the portion of fries was inadequate and the chicken pieces were small. The menu items are generally confusing, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from here again. On a positive note, I did try the chicken wings for the first time (after waiting an hour due to a busy rush), and they were enjoyable. Thank you to the staff for their service, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.

The staff is very polite. They handle conflict situations excellently. They work efficiently, the food is delicious. It's nice to visit this establishment.

The line was long, I recommend ordering delivery if you enjoy spicy wings, as the night will be lively and slightly painful. Delivery service was excellent, meal and atmosphere were both top-notch. Recommended dishes include the Boxmaster, Pepsi, and the Strawberry Cream Pie.
