Little Caesars Pizza - Wytheville

As employees, we are striving to increase our sales, but with our limited staff, it is proving to be quite challenging. Many of us are working over 50 hours a week and unfortunately, we do not have a full staff every night. The thin crust hot and ready pizza is never actually hot and ready at this restaurant. You always have to wait for them to make it, and the 12-minute wait time they promise often turns into 28 minutes. I would threaten to never come back, but I doubt they would care. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. (I'm sure they would need to look up the word "surly.")

I absolutely love this restaurant for their pizza. I always order in advance using the app, then simply drive through to pick it up. Every time I've gone through the drive-thru, the staff have been super friendly and fast. The Classic Cheese pizza is definitely a must-try, especially for the price. They also have other vegetarian options available, but the Classic Cheese is my top choice.

Went in to get something to eat as I was trying to figure out what I wanted I saw a female working in the back prepping food she kept pulling out her phone she wiped around her mouth and face she kept feeling on her clothes and still keep prepping food all WITH OUT WASHING AND OR SANITIZING her hands when I brought it up to the MANAGER she just made light of the unsanitary and unhygienic way the food was being handled
